The Retro Champions: A Gaming Story

This is a book I'm writing for school. I was inspired by Andrew's book that he wrote when he was my age. I haven't worked on it for a long time, but just yesterday, we went to a field trip, and I met author/illistrator Lisa Greenleaf, (who adapted The Barefoot Boy) so I might work on it today! To publish it worldwide, I will make a blog that will be entireley dedicated to this book. But to publish it around my neighborhood, I will print out copies.

skippyjon jones: post 2

on September 2009, skippyjon jones lost in spice came out! now here are all the information of the books:
  • skippyjon jones original:
skippyjon jones is no ordinary kitten! oh no... he's el skippito, a great sword-fighter ready to battle banditos the world over! With a little imagination and a whole lot of fun, this frisky cat dons a mask and cape and takes on a bad bumble-beeto to save the day. And along the way, he’ll be sure to steal young readers’ hearts, yes indeed-o!

  • skippyjon jones in the dog house:
the Siamese kitty boy with the gigantico imagination has returned for another loco adventure. in his room for a time-out, Skippyjon Jones lets his imagination take him to a shack where his Chihuahua friends are yipping and yapping and hiding out from Bad Bobble-ito, who has taken over their doghouse. How El Skippito chills the Chihuahuas and banishes Bobble-ito will make more amigos for this endearing and irresistible rascal who made his first appearance in Skippyjon Jones.

  • skippyjon jones in mummy trouble:
El Skippito is back! Avoiding a lecture from Mama Junebug, the kitty boy slips into his closet…and finds himself in ancient Egypt. His doggy pals, Los Chimichangos, want to visit Under Mundo—the underworld—where mummitos rest in peas. But they need El Skippito’s brains and courage to answer the riddle of the Finx and enter the mummy’s tomb. Our hero is up to the task, and he’s in for another grand and whirlwind adventure.
  • skippyjon jones and the big bones:
Holy guacamole! Skippyjon Jones is crazy-loco for dinosaurs! The kitty boy enters (via his closet) the land of dinosaurs in search of the fabled Skipposaurus. Instead he runs into his old amigos, the Chimichango gang. When a T-Mex threatens the pack, it’s El Skippito, the great sword-fighter, to the rescue. With yips and yowls, he drives the big baddie away so all the dino-dudes can rattle their bones another day. This fourth entry in a series that Kirkus Reviews called “ay caramba, mucho fun” will win even more fans for the Siamese cat with oversized ears and an imagination to match.
  • skippyjon jones lost in spice:
Buckle up, amigos—everyone’s favorite kitty boy is about to lift off. You’ll want to be there when the brave Skippito gets lost in space! That’s right, spice. Skippy knows—from his big ears to his toes—that the planet Mars is red because it’s covered in spicy red pepper. To prove it, he’s off on a space jaunt replete with craters, crazies, and creatures from Mars. His new adventure is packed with witty wordplay, Spanish phrases, and Judy Schachner’s trademark hilarity. This rollicking romp is simply out of this world.

OK I'll just tell you about these books and movies i got from the library.

Richard Scary's best counting video ever. Lilly finds things to count all the way to 20. Spot goes to a party. Spot heard a knock on the door, then a mail came. It was to a costume party. So, Spot got his costume. He played a cowboy. The Wonderful Wizard of Has- The story of the prodigal son. Darby showed farmer Ogillo the magazine of the land of Has. Then he stole dad's money then there was a storm with a tornado and Darby went into a trailer and it went into the tornado. It landed in munchie land. Then he followed yellow McToad to the land of Has. Then he met scarcrow, a tin man and a hungry lion on the way. Then Darby got home and his dad hugged him.

Joey played with his friends. Then he watched TV, then he played records, next he played instruments. Then his mother got his friends out and accidentally threw Joey out of his room.
The Three Little Pigs. Pokey built his house out of straw, then Lazy built his house out of twigs. Then will built his house out of bricks. The big bad wolf tried to blow down the houses, but he couldn't blow down will's house. The wolf had an idea, he went down the chimney. Will had an idea, too. He made a boiling pot of soup and th wolf fell down into it. Then he ran away!
Corduroy. He lived at the toy department in the department store. Then his strap was broken. Then he went up the escalator to the home department. Then the police came and then Coruroy went back down the escalator to his home. After that, his strap was still broken. Two customers came that morning to buy Coruroy.

never mind the book A Pig is Big.
